Job Description

Your Objectives

AgoPay/AgoGo is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager/Head of Corporate & Consumer Business -Who will Spearhead the expansion of our Corporate and Consumer Business segments, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction

Key Responsibility

  1. Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the expansion of our Corporate and Consumer Business segments, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction.
  2. Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with Automakers, Auto Dealers, Real Estate and Property Owners, Local and Global Service Providers and Consultants, Electronic Commerce Partners, FMCGs, E-Commerce Owners and Basic - Higher Institution providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients to drive business objectives.
  3. Market Expansion: Craft and execute strategies for entering and dominating new markets within the fintech, e-commerce and BNPL digital space.
  4. Product Innovation: Collaborate with our tech and product teams to enhance our offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with a significant portion spent in partnership development or sales closing.
  2. Startup Experience: Experience working in or with startups is a strong plus, as we value entrepreneurial thinking and agility.
  3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, establishing key partnerships, and expanding market share in competitive environments.
  4. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and grow teams, and oversee complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Visionary Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to foresee market trends and translate them into actionable strategies that align with Salient Solutions’ long-term vision.
  6. Relationship Builder: Exceptional networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  7. Monthly Salary: NGN 500,000 (net)
